Let me start of by saying the customer service has been fantastic, very punctual and supportive through the delivery process.
The fridge itself also seems to meet all my expectations regarding quality and is whisper quiet.

However…

The problem with this fridge is the internal shelf spacing. If you have nothing but Bordeaux and Riesling style bottles it would
Be great.
But it certainly does not support burgundy style Bottles very well at all.
The construction of the shelves and the spacing of the slides means you have to waste two whole spots in order to accomodate a single row of burgundy style bottles. And unless you only have one style or producer of the same bottle, attempting to stack them neatly to maximise the storage is a nightmare and turns into an unstable ugly mess.

If LECAVIST could make a wire rack shelf for this model to suit these thicker bottles and lower the overall height whilst laying down on the shelf so that all shelf slides could be used I would have no problem with buying them and rating this a 5 star fridge. However as it is now, it’s a poorly thought out design and wasted potential.

Lots of space for bottles but the control is a bit basic and the light on the control panel cannot be dimmed down or turned off. It can be noisy at times but in general, if not in a quiet area, it is acceptable. It is more for storage than for display. I would have liked the glass holder to be removable.

Have not had the fridge long enough to assess quality as yet

Decided to order a small wine fridge and I am very happy that we picked the Levavist 63 bottle wine fridge. The cost was very competitive compared to other manufacturers. Delivery was included for free which was another great savings. The staff were very helpful with addressing a minor ordering hiccup. The unit looks great in the study and is reasonably quiet.

I haven't plugged it in yet but it looks awesome

Pretty but noisy. The sound level is not as advertised. It gets up to 50 db every 30 minutes. Can’t ignore it while watching TV. Contacted customer service but no response. I also bought a small Hisense wine fridge few days later. Not as pretty but can’t hear a sound. I sometimes wonder if it’s working.

Value for money looks as good as expensive brands, its quiet and dual zone efficient.

Could use an extra shelf, it’s quite compact for the wine it holds. Reversible door is a bonus, looks good. And we got a free wine pourer gift pack which was lovely, Thanks!

We would like some extra shelves, we did order them but were u/an and got refunded. The fridge makes a lot of gurgly sounds which is unexpected. But you get use to it. Apart from that we are happy.

I bought the 97 bottle wine fridge. The fridge is immaculate, high quality product and finish. Love the full front glass door. Looks amazing. Very quiet and has super easy to set desired temperature. Aslo, your Sydney staff went above and beyond to have the product delivered before my house warming. Really appreciate her help. I would definitely recommend this product for its quality and price.

The item I purchased is of high quality. When awaiting my order, they replied promptly with a delivery date and delivered it on time. Overall a wonderful experience with the company.

Required two extra shelves for my wine storage unit. The original number supplied became insufficient. As the shelves are not on not on tracks or runners, they become difficult to open and close when wine bottles are stacked due to the weight. Delivery was prompt and very happy with my current set up.

So impressed with the first, bought a second, even an extra shelf. Bit tricky to load full capacity but still happy with size and quality.

It's a beautiful unit . It runs a bit noisy which has me concerned. Otherwise a nice unit hoping that it's going to last .
